PETA Theater Center Welcomes Summer

THE PETA THEATER CENTER WELCOMES SUMMER
with some unexpected twists!

After a successful season of performances at the PETA Theater Center , PETA is all set to host a series of exciting happenings.

ENCUENTRO FILIPINO
April 12-13, 2008 / 3:00pm and 7:30 pm
The world-renowned LOBOC Children's Choir sings music from 19th Century Philippines showcasing Filipino-Spanish Heritage with Filipino Folk and Contemporary Classics.
Enjoy a wonderful night of music and help us restore the Loboc Church (a National Heritage Site) and generate scholarship funds for these talended young children of Bohol .

MIDSUMMER NYT HAP'NINS!
All Friday Nights of April
Four nights of transforming the Theater Center Roofdeck into a bar where people could walk-in and expect different kinds of treats. Four Party Themes. Four Different Kinds of Entertainment. Four whimsical evenings/ happening nights that will allow our guests to be spectators and performers, take to the dance floor, take to the stage and party on.

April 4 is SALSA NYT
Salsa the night away to the beat of Latin America on stage. Let our dance instructors show you the moves on the floor

April 11 is COMEDY IMPROV NYT
Laugh and learn from the PHILIPPINE PLAYHOUSE. Join them onstage and go as wild as you can as you crack improvs like the pros!

April 18 is WOMEN'S CABARET
In the tradition of cafe chantant, PETA transforms songs composed for its women's plays into an entertaining night of music, laughter and performance

April 25 is CARNIVALE
An exciting evening of fire, colors and rhythm as we showcase poi and zip exhibitions and a pageantry of style and masks in the most breathtakingly outrageous fashion parade. The whole floor is a stage and everyone who steps on it will get caught up in the whimsical world of a true midsummer night!


Midsummer Nyts Tickets @ P 200.00, inclusive of 1 free drink.

6pm - 9pm : Bar opens for Dinner and Happy Hour
9pm : Entertainment Begins
