"Pick up a camera. Shoot something. No matter how small, no matter how cheesy, no matter whether your friends and your sister star in it. Put your name on it as director. Now you're a director. Everything after that you're just negotiating your budget and your fee." – James Cameron
.MOV Fest asked for shorts, and you gave us shorts – more than a hundred of them, in fact. Thanks to all who submitted. The quantity and quality of the entries we received overwhelmed. Choosing the 10 best entries was a tough row for our programmers – Chard Bolisay, Dodo Dayao, & Oggs Cruz– to hoe, but hoe it they did. Here are the ten finalists for the 4th edition of the SILVERSHORTS Philippine Short Film Competition.
