What makes a photograph good? Popular figures and
talented newcomers in Philippine photography will
attempt to answer this question in an exhibit
entitled, 9 Photographers: Shared Moods. Tied to Bravo
Filipino, a series of events honoring local talent,
the exhibition will be on display from March 26 to
April 8 at the left wing of the Greenbelt 3 lobby.
Participating photographers are expected to showcase
their abilities for capturing not only shapes, color,
and light, but also moods and perceptions, through
images. Four master photographers of the Camera Club
of the Philippines, namely, Quincy Castillo, Emil
Davocol, Pancho Escaler, and Ernie Fajardo, will mount
their works alongside the photos of young and
dedicated photographers. The show will include
emerging names in photography, such as Frankie
Callaghan, Peachy Concepcion, Johann Espiritu, Gabby
Lacuesta, and Kit Zobel, and will feature over 50
photos on various subjects.
