Women’s Cabaret, April 18 at the PETA Theater Center
It’s going to be a beautiful nyt of music and laughter as PETA’s Women’s Theater Program puts together some of the most memorable songs from our women plays – Tumawag Kay Libby Manaoag and The Libby Manaoag Files: Ang Paghahanap sa Puwertas Prinsesas – in the Women’s Cabaret, April 18 at the PETA Theater Center Roof Deck.
Palanca Award-winning writer Liza Magtoto weaves together songs from these musicals in a playful comedy titled Babae Yata ‘To!, directed by Maribel Legarda with music by Vincent A. deJesus and Lucien Letaba, production design by Boni Juan.
As usual, we will party ‘til morning! Entertainment is on us! No need to stop by a beauty parlor because if you come before 8pm, makeover is on us too, courtesy of the Australian College for Hair Design and Beauty.
