Non-Linear Editing Workshop (by DOKYU director Ramon Bautista)
The University of the Philippines Film Institute (UPFI) invites you
to join any or all of its 2007 Multimedia Workshop offerings – a
series of short-term, specialized courses on the power of images and
the various aspects of film and audiovisual production.
One of the workshops to be offered this summer is:
Non-linear Editing
Facilitator; Ramon Bautista
Dates:April 16-18 (Monday to Wednesday). (Next batches TBA.)
Time:10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Venue:UP CMC A-107B or UPFI Videotheque (at the back of Cine Adarna)
Fee: 6,000 inclusive of use of equipment, light snacks, handouts,
and certificates.
Non –linear editing is a workshop for the beginner designer to
introduce participants to the principles of non-linear editing from
basic computer set up, editing and creation of output in various
digital formats.
The workshop facilitator, Ramon Bautista, is a faculty member of the
UP Film Institute, teaching courses like post-production, language &
grammar of film, film sound, and animation. He is an award-winning
independent filmmaker and animator, an actor, and a TV host &
producer.
