Kaida Gallery celebrates its first anniversary as an art space this February with 1/50, a group exhibition of works by 50 Philippine contemporary artists.
Established back in February 2007, Kaida Gallery has consistently featured young, dedicated, and emerging painters and sculptors as well as supporting collaborations between them and established names in Philippine art.
This group exhibition aims to gather in a single show representative works from 50 contemporary Philippines artists, some of whom have participated in the solo or group exhibitions held by Kaida Gallery in its first year of operations.
The exhibit 1/50 also Kaida Gallery's contribution to the celebration of February as National Arts Month, as a celebration of diversity and dynamism within Philippine contemporary art.
The anniversary show, 1/50, features paintings and sculptural works by the following artists:

The public is invited to this celebration of artistic diversity and dynamism. Kaida Gallery's anniversary exhibit opens on February 3, 2008, Sunday 6 p.m., at Kaida Gallery, located at the 2nd Floor, GFO Building, 122 Kamuning Road, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines 1102.
